The woman said that this isn't possible, and if my partner didn't pay when she asked, she would be prosecuted (we've only had one letter.) Time and time again, they wow me in that place. They get instruments cheaper, they fix instruments cheaper. They are helpful, friendly, and will bend over backwards to get you the right deal.

I cannot recommend them enough. There is no better shop in this area in my opinion...
